Founded in 1980 by William and Carla Campbell to build Victoria's most exclusive custom homes.

Four decades on, C&W Campbell carries that name forward under new ownership — with the most valuable asset in our trade intact: a reputation earned across hundreds of homes, renovations and restorations, and the trust of the architects, designers and clients who return to us again and again.

Ours is a relationship business. We build a small number of exceptional projects at a time, keep our own craftspeople on the team, and run an open-book process so every decision is yours to make with confidence.

Managing Director

Esteban brings his own decades in Victoria's high-end residential construction — including hands-on work on C&W Campbell homes — to the ownership of the company. He took it on to protect the craftsmanship and reputation the Campbells built over forty years, and to carry that exact standard forward to every new project.
