When the owners took it on, much of the structure was found to be rotten or insect-damaged behind the walls.
We ended up virtually rebuilding the entire home — reconstructing it with modern technology while sourcing natural materials to match, and honour, the original interior and exterior finishes. The result is a home that reads as its era intended, built to last another lifetime.
