Shoal Point Penthouse
Recently sold for $5.5m, the Shoal Point Penthouse was commissioned by David Foster and is one of the renovations we are most proud of. Our complete renovation of this large, upscale condo at the top of a Victoria BC waterfront condo involved stripping it down to a concrete shell and rebuilding it.
The 4,400 square-foot home included coffered ceilings concealing the forced air heating and cooling system as well as hidden mood lighting, two grand master suites including entire marble steam showers, fully automated electrical and plumbing shut-offs for when the owners were away and a complete custom marble and stainless gourmet kitchen. Building this best-in-class residence at the top of one of Victoria’s most prestigious condominium buildings with minimal disruption to the neighbouring residents was one of the more challenging luxury home renovations undertaken by us as general contractors.
